At Radium PCs, we stand by our craftsmanship with a 30-day return policy and comprehensive hardware warranty on all custom builds. If your system isn't performing to your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a repair, replacement, or refund.

Initiate a Return Request

Contact our technical support team via the portal with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place your PC back in its original internal foam packaging and double-box it to ensure the components are protected from vibration and impact during transit.

Ship to Radium Labs

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.

Inspection and Resolution

Once received, our technicians will benchmark and inspect the system within 3-5 business days to process your full refund or ship out your repaired unit.
