How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?

Once an order is placed, our technicians perform a 48-hour burn-in test to ensure stability. Total lead time usually ranges from 7 to 14 business days depending on component availability and current build queue.

Do Radium PCs come with a warranty?

Yes, every system includes a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor. We also provide lifetime technical support for the original purchaser.

What kind of quality control do you perform on your systems?

Every PC undergoes a rigorous 50-point inspection, including stress testing for CPU/GPU temperatures, memory stability checks, and cable management optimization before being securely packaged.

Can I upgrade my PC in the future without voiding the warranty?

Absolutely. We encourage upgradability. While our warranty does not cover third-party parts you install yourself, opening the case to add storage or RAM will not void your existing Radium PC warranty.

What is your return policy for custom-built computers?

We offer a 30-day return window for all systems. If you are not satisfied, you can return the PC for a refund, though a 15% restocking fee may apply to custom-configured units.

Do you offer financing options for high-end builds?

Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing option at the final stage of the checkout process.
